Refund Policy
1.1. Software Products
a) All software product sales are final. Once the purchase is made, no refunds will be provided unless there is a technical issue that prevents the product from functioning as intended. In such cases, we will work with you to resolve the issue or provide a suitable replacement.
b) Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the purchase date, accompanied by detailed information about the technical issue you encountered.
c) Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
1.2. Web Designing and Web Development Services
a) If you decide to cancel the web designing or web development project after it has commenced, a refund may be provided on a prorated basis, depending on the stage of completion and the resources invested.
b) If cancellation occurs before the project commences, a refund may be provided, minus any non-recoverable expenses or costs incurred by our team in preparation for the project.
c) Refund requests for web designing and web development services must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the project start date.
1.3. Post-Launch Software Maintenance
a) Post-launch software maintenance services are subject to an ongoing subscription or retainer fee, as specified in the agreement or contract.
b) No refunds will be provided for post-launch software maintenance fees unless the services are not delivered as agreed upon.
Cancellation Policy
2.1. Software Products
a) Once a software product is purchased and delivered, it cannot be cancelled.
b) If you encounter any technical issues or require support, please contact our customer support team for assistance.
2.2. Web Designing and Web Development Services
a) You may cancel the web designing or web development project at any time by providing written notice to our team.
b) If cancellation occurs after the project has commenced, any work completed up to that point will be billed at the agreed-upon rate.
2.3. Post-Launch Software Maintenance
a) You may cancel the post-launch software maintenance services at any time by providing written notice to our team.
b) If cancellation occurs during an ongoing subscription or retainer period, no refund will be provided for the remaining duration. However, services will continue until the end of the current billing period.
